That curiosity has driven her work across recognizable organizations including iHeartMedia, iHeartRadio, Virgin Radio, and Bell Media, as well as technology and consumer brands, connecting audience insight, business strategy, communications, and leadership to help organizations earn trust, strengthen market position, and navigate change. Along the way, she has led strategy and transformation across multimillion-dollar businesses, high-performing teams, and organizations reaching millions of consumers.

Taylor approaches every challenge as a brand architect, recognizing that every decision shapes how an organization is experienced by customers, employees, partners, and the communities it serves. Years spent studying millions of audience decisions across some of North America's most recognizable brands shaped a leadership approach grounded in evidence, curiosity, and the belief that better business, communications, and leadership decisions begin with understanding people. From leading strategic initiatives, operations, and talent development to advising executives through organizational change, she brings a hands-on, cross-functional approach that connects strategy with the people who bring it to life.

Committed to continually expanding her perspective as a business leader, Taylor earned an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Today, she brings 12 years of senior leadership experience together with expertise spanning strategy, operations, finance, communications, and organizational transformation to help leaders align people, purpose, and performance.
